After finishing my week at a not-so-glamorous Glamour magazine, i learnt a few things:
1) Do not expect a job straight out of uni
2) Expect to work for free for around 1-2 years
3) Working for free does not guarantee a job at the end of it
4) Be expected to pay rent...and travel...with no income..
So, all in all, a fairly depressing trip!
Well, not completely true, another placement in the pipeline, an office full of extrememly expensive and gorgeous clothes, which was also full of lovely people made it all worthwhile.
Lets drink to going on the dole!
