As you can imagine my month at Vogue was pretty amazing, and knowing i was leaving to come back to my hometown was ever-so-slightly depressing. They do say that every cloud has a silver lining, and this was certainly true in my case after Vogue finished, i was lucky enough to land my first real (paid!) job as a Marketing Assistant.
A far cry from the glamour and excitement of the magazine industry, but a start at least. I am no longer the girl who runs to get coffee, sorts out hangers or packs suitcases. (i.e. general dogs body) I am now a professional, independent, young and ambitious woman with a real paid job. At least that's what i am telling myself...
